On the ground floor of the two-storey holiday cottages you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a microwave and filter coffeemaker, and in the living room there is a widescreen smart TV. A wooden staircase in the middle of the living room leads up to the bedrooms with a TV in each one, and a separate bath and WC upstairs.
The coin-operated washer and dryer in the storage room are available at all times. In each holiday cottage, you will also find an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

The unusual terraced holiday cottage concept called ‘chappalet’ is unique to this region and combines an ‘apartment’ with a ‘chalet’. With separate entrances and private gardens, there is almost no contact with other guests. You will experience a customised holiday just as if you were in your own holiday cottage far from the cares of your daily routine. The reception area, car park and ski storerooms are the only shared facilities.

The main attraction in four of the nine residences in Flachau is the private spa area. After a tiring day on the slopes you can come home to your private sauna, where you can rest and unwind.
